Long Iron C-13 presents Iron in chelated form, meaning higher than normal levels remain in solution and reach the plant tissues. This also allows markedly lower application rates than for non-chelated Iron.

Long Iron C-13 is bioavailable in a much broader-than-normal range of pH and soil conditions such as in contact with clay, carbonates, phosphates, organic matter and other elements in the soil that seek to tie up and make secondary elements and micronutrients insoluble.

Application

Long Iron C-13 is to be applied at 2.5 kg / hectare in a 300 - 400 litres of water / hectare.

Long Iron C-13 is supplied in 5 kg metal cans and is best stored in a cool environment

(max 300C.)

Long Iron can be applied to:

Technical Description

Elemental Iron ( Fe2+ - Ferrous Ion ) 13%

This is the level of Iron quoted as an element not as an oxide or any other compound. Level of Chelation – Precipitation Point pH 12-13
Volume of 0.5M NaOH to precipitate 1% solution – 25-27ml
50% of particles under 31 microns

Compatibility: Long Iron C-13 is compatible with all organic biostimulants, inorganic and organic fertilisers. Can be tank mixed with fungicides but cannot be tank mix with biocides.
