Brimstone90 Supplies sulphur to deficient crops in a convenient, highly concentrated and efficient formulation that provides a “sustained release” of SO4 ions throughout the growing season of the crop.
Lowers pH in alkaline and calcareous soils helping to free up other nutrients such as phosphate and micronutrients, to make these more available to the plant.
Soil amendment to establish more acidic soil conditions in potatoes to reduce the incidence of common scab disease, and in conservation areas and Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSI's) when converting to acid grassland and heathland from agricultural land.
Application
Agricultural Crop Nutrition: 25–75 kg/ha of Brimstone 90, depending on crop and soil type.
Soil Amendment/pH adjustment: 150-300*kg/ha depending on soil conditions and use requirements
